**Job Description**

The Country Sales Manager (Individual Contributor role) is responsible for developing executive plans for sales at the assigned territory following company strategic plans, which ensure that sales targets determined for the assigned territory are achieved and preferably exceeded. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in selling software applications, preferably in the banking sector.

**Responsibilities**

  • Sell company products by implementing national sales plans.
  • Implement an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process.
  • Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Implement sales strategies and plans for the assigned territory.
  • Provide recommendations on alternative product strategies utilizing market feedback and research.
  • Project expected sales volume for existing and new products.

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Sales, Marketing, IT, Computer Engineering, or Finance.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the sales of software applications (preferably banking applications).
  • Extremely well-informed about the target market.
  • Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
