The Sales Director role at The Plaza Doha LXR Hotels offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in sales leadership. As a key member of the hotel's management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team. A proven track record of success in sales leadership, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential for this role.

You will work closely with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement sales plans that align with the hotel's business objectives. This will involve analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

In addition to your sales expertise, you will also be responsible for managing the forecasting process, preparing reports, and participating in the annual budgeting process.
