Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Sales Engineer to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with customers to understand their security needs and provide expert guidance on our next-gen security solutions.

Main Accountabilities

  1. Conduct thorough assessments of customer security needs, identifying areas for improvement.
  2. Collaborate with customers to develop customized security plans, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  3. Provide in-depth product knowledge, training internal sales teams to effectively communicate product benefits.
  4. Partner with regional and global product managers to stay current on product developments.
  5. Engage customers through compelling presentations, highlighting the value of our products.
  6. Develop close relationships with customers, influencing their technical strategies and implementing effective solutions.
  7. Support internal teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation within our company.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality presales support and solutions.
  • Deep understanding of SOC operations, security analytics, cloud architecture, and emerging technologies like SASE and CASB.
  • Experience working with security software solutions and cloud services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A genuine interest in cybersecurity and customer success.
