Job Title: Customer Service Lead

International SOS Al-Rushaid Co Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Lead to manage service order support for a facility O&M contract in Doha, Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage facility maintenance records and service orders for the contract.
  • Supervise supporting staff to ensure timely processing, prioritization, tasking, and close out of O&M service orders.
  • Manage preventive maintenance and service scheduling and tasking.
  • Supervise technical library with OEM references, historical documentation, warranty records, etc.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7 years of experience providing O&M services with 2 years of experience supporting a U.S. Government customer overseas.
  • 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • 2 years of service order management experience.
  • Maximo asset management experience.
  • Proficient written and verbal communicator.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Work Environment:

Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable. Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions. Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
