Welcome Manager NATIONAL TRUST
**About the role**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welcome Manager to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our visitor services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
**Key responsibilities**
* Provide excellent customer service to visitors, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Work collaboratively with the visitor services team to ensure that all areas of the visitor experience are delivered to a high standard
* Develop and implement initiatives to improve the visitor experience, including the development of new services and activities
* Manage and maintain accurate records of visitor feedback and complaints
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure that all aspects of the visitor experience are aligned with the National Trust's values and objectives
**Requirements**
* Good practical experience in visitor business, in tourist, heritage or relevant visitor services environment
* Naturally curious about people, and with a passion to and experience of delivering the highest standards of customer service
* Excellent organisational skills
* Confident leader, adaptable and responsive under pressure
* Ability to initiate service recovery without senior support
* Good IT skills (all MS Office)
