Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service department and call centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the customer service team, developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures, and managing a team of customer service representatives and call centre agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Manage a team of customer service representatives and call centre agents to ensure quality standards are met
  • Monitor customer interactions to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in a customer service management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of customer service / call center technologies and best practices
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
