Person Specification:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can provide administrative support to our HR department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR personnel administration and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salary and benefits administration
- Employee services, including payroll processing and employee data management
- Insurance coverage and end-of-service benefits coordination
- Statement and report preparation
- Policies, systems, processes, and procedures development and maintenance
Desirable Skills:
A Diploma in Human Resources management or administration is preferred.
