Job Summary

The ER Assistant role supports the Employee Relations team at N-KOM, providing operational and administrative assistance in employee relations matters. This includes assisting in policy development, performing personnel administration tasks, and facilitating communication between employees and management.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Develop and implement effective employee relations policies, procedures, and practices, ensuring alignment with leading practices, N-KOM goals, and regulatory requirements.
  2. Monitor employee medical insurance processes, execute employee exit activities, and provide required support to the HRIS system.
  3. Coordinate with external service providers, such as hotels and insurance companies, to provide employees with necessary services, and interact with QP, QG, Ras Gas, and governmental organizations to handle employee-related matters.
  4. Implement approved departmental policies, processes, and procedures, and provide instructions to subordinates to ensure proper implementation.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or certificate in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of related experience in a similar position or responsibility, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry and regional experience.
