Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  1. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases. Ensure compliance with labor laws related to employee documentation.
  2. Talent Development: Track employee training progress and maintain training records. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  3. Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and staff events. Promote a positive work culture through various initiatives.
  4. Performance Management: Support the performance management process by tracking timelines and documentation. Assist in managing employee benefits programs and enrollment processes.
