About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Customer Care Officer (Inflight Services). As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for processing customer feedback and complaints, investigating and resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer feedback and complaints received through various channels and evaluate them based on relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all issues are closed within the stipulated period and in accordance with company SOPs.
  • Liaise directly with relevant Customer Service teams to highlight employee performance issues that may impact customer service delivery and attempt to resolve the same with minimum disruption.
  • Review and appraise customer complaints and transfer them to relevant departments to seek clarification and resolve issues successfully.
  • Provide guidance and feedback on service standards and procedures to various areas within the operations to ensure that processes are streamlined and efficient.
  • Remain proactive in providing information and ensuring that actions are taken to address service delivery issues.
  • Provide inputs and suggestions to the customer complaint management system via relevant communication channels to the Line Manager.
  • Identify trouble areas and escalate them to the Line Manager and other service delivery areas to resolve issues as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following experience and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of Cabin Attendant experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • High level of computer literacy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role.
  • Cabin Crew Supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in Airport Operations on a supervisory level.
