Key Responsibilities
Lead HR Strategy Development:

Develop and execute the HR Business Partnering strategy for Qatar Airways, ensuring seamless alignment with the overall HR plan and business objectives.


Develop and Implement SOPs:

Design and manage Standard Operating Procedures for HR Business Partnering activities, focusing on continuous improvement and policy updates to stay ahead of the evolving business landscape.


Innovate and Improve:
Challenge existing methods and introduce innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement within the organization.

  • Oversee HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Business Partner Activities:

Lead the HR team in various areas, including organizational design, strategic planning, talent development, employee relations, service delivery, and performance management.


Embed HR Business Partnering:
Integrate the HR Business Partnering function and model within assigned business units to enhance alignment and effectiveness.
