About the Role

This is a remote position that requires a Business Analyst with expertise in Motor LoB to collaborate with various stakeholders and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end requirements for Motor LoB
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, UW, Operations, Tech, and other stakeholder partners to understand user needs and pain points
  • Understand and analyze current Business Processes and related tech & product implementation
  • Perform GAP and impact analysis as part of a holistic solution proposal
  • Identify opportunities for automating manual processes
  • Work with different teams around the company to understand their use cases and processes
  • Prepare comprehensive business-product requirements specifications
  • Engage with Vendors as and when required for effective development, deployment, and maintenance of products and features
  • Liaise with designers, developers, QAs to implement the requirements and provide necessary guidance
  • Evaluate test cases and actively participate in UAT phase for quality delivery
  • Train end users on new features, products to increase change adoption
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years as Business Analyst
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Motor Business Analyst is mandatory
  • Experience of other LoBs / Functions of General Insurance will be an advantage
