Job Description

PPL Dynamics is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for evaluating the department's day-to-day requirements and ensuring seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate departmental needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Verify shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, Commercial invoices, packing lists, Certificates of Origin, Halal Certificates, and Health Certificates.
  • Create, review, and modify items in ERP Master Software to ensure accurate records.
  • Initiate purchase orders and communicate with suppliers regarding order changes or cancellations.
Requirements

We are looking for a talented individual with strong analytical and communication skills. The successful candidate will have experience working with procurement systems and processes, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.
