At Knight Frank, we're expanding our Residential Sales team in Qatar, and we're looking for experienced, dynamic Sales Consultants with a strong track record in the luxury residential sector. As a Sales Consultant at Knight Frank, you'll be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, generating revenue, and developing key partnerships that align with our business objectives. Beyond closing deals, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our Qatar operations by identifying new opportunities, fostering client relationships, and providing best-in-class service.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular client contact by attending scheduled client meetings and regular update calls.
  • Promote projects through private meetings, public events, and forums.
  • Deal with enquiries and conclude sales through careful and considered client qualifying best practice standards.
  • Meet and exceed sales target key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Be aware of market conditions and adapt to succeed.
  • Keep up to speed on other potential projects in the market and assist the Sales Manager in selecting new projects to sell, as needed.
  • Ensure that applicant visits to the marketing suites and viewings are conducted in an efficient and professional manner, adhering to protocol outlined by the client and Knight Frank.
  • Assist in the organisation of events and promotional initiatives both locally and internationally.
  • Assist where required in the planning of project campaigns and initiatives.
  • Identify potential key connectors and referral partners and manage those relationships to drive awareness and sales to the assigned projects.
  • Act as the representative and face of the assigned projects and uphold the values of Knight Frank through ethical best practice.
  • Maintain an up-to-date market knowledge of existing and new developments.
  • Progress sales by liaising with buyers and developers to ensure timely signatures of sales and purchase agreements (SPAs), and regular reporting of the same to the Sales Manager.
  • Liaise with members of other departments and get to know the individuals and their markets for the purpose of obtaining information and cross-selling of business services.
  • Meet Knight Frank Best Practice standards at all times.
  • Provide efficient administration of all procedures in sales tracking, maintaining records of all transactions in accordance with Real Estate Regulatory Agency Aqarat regulations.
  • Ensure the use of standardized Knight Frank documentation when reporting to clients, and where required to personally provide written reports, ensure that these meet the required professional standard.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, Aqarat and the Ministry of Justice regulations and legal requirements, including customer due diligence and anti-money laundering.
  • Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality, and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times to foster the professional image of the Partnership.
  • Other tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with a track record of successful sales of off-plan developments in Qatar or internationally.
  • Knowledge of regional real estate markets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Willingness to accept responsibility for delegated tasks.
  • Ability to public speak or present at events.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects.
  • Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.
  • The ability to understand and make use of computers and information technology (Knight Frank internal systems).
  • Certifications and Licenses: Qatar driving license required.
  • Software: Microsoft Office programs to a proficient level.
  • Language skills: Fluency in English, written and verbal. Fluency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
  • Travel: Flexible attitude towards travelling.
