  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in construction, contracting, and engineering sectors.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of Unitary/VRF systems through presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Provide technical assistance during system installation and commissioning.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and customer preferences in the Unitary/VRF segment.
  • Maintain accurate records of projects, client interactions, and sales performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in selling or designing HVAC systems, focusing on Unitary/VRF technology.
  • Extensive knowledge of HVAC principles, system components, and control strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and Arabic (preferred).
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
