We are looking for a Helpdesk Operations Manager to join our team at Virtusa. This role involves managing and delivering high-quality technical support to our internal teams.

Job RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have 5+ years of strong experience in Technical Support and a Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent professional experience.
The primary responsibilities include:
- Managing and delivering high-quality technical support to our internal teams.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with other related departments and units.
- Providing technical support for stand-alone and LAN PC users, including upgrades, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
