Job Title: Receptionist Admin istant NOC is MUST

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our client's team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and our studio team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Inspect the studio to ensure it is well-prepared for client arrivals, including inventory management, equipment arrangement, and restocking.
  • Manage studio bookings, ensuring appointments are scheduled without conflicts and maximizing studio capacity.
  • Handle client payments, prepare invoices, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate with photographers and clients to schedule and confirm sessions.
  • Maintain accurate client databases and records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and physical mail.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative assistance, or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Typing speed: 35 to 40 WPM.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
