Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our client's team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and our studio team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Inspect the studio to ensure it is well-prepared for client arrivals, including inventory management, equipment arrangement, and restocking.
- Manage studio bookings, ensuring appointments are scheduled without conflicts and maximizing studio capacity.
- Handle client payments, prepare invoices, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate with photographers and clients to schedule and confirm sessions.
- Maintain accurate client databases and records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and physical mail.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative assistance, or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Typing speed: 35 to 40 WPM.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Company provides visa and medical insurance.
- 6/1 working days.
- Salary: QR 4000 to QR 6000.
