About the Job at People Dynamics

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team.
  • As the right-hand person to the Chairman, you will be responsible for managing his schedule, coordinating meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  • Effective communication is critical in this role, and you will prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure smooth interactions.
  • You will act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, building strong relationships and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong research and analytical skills are necessary to compile data to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to the Chairman, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure efficient communication.
  • Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships.
  • Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.

Key Requirements:

  • Must have 12 to 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Asian Nationality, Male.
  • Qatar Driving license.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or Office management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Multitasking, prioritization, and schedule management.
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
