This position involves acting as a liaison between the CEO and other members of staff, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Key responsibilities include providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, coordinating schedules and meetings, and ensuring effective communication.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and industry partners.
  • Collaborating with senior management to develop strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Providing expert advice on matters related to administration and governance.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Executive Assistant.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support to senior executives.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
