About the Role:

The Retail Sales Manager – Parts will play a critical role in leading the overall operation of our Retail Parts Business. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, leading and managing a team of sales staff, and collaborating with the Parts Director to plan and implement marketing and sales promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales staff to ensure they have the required knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience to meet department objectives.
  • Plan and implement marketing and sales promotions to reduce obsolete and slow-moving items in inventory.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance against targets.
  • Ensure safety, security, and appearance of allocated assets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
  • At least 6 years of similar experience in the automotive parts industry (passenger vehicles).
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
