Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in managing the overall operation of a retail parts business. The successful individual will be responsible for ensuring price positioning aligns with industry standards through innovative strategies that prioritize customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales promotions to reduce obsolete and slow-moving inventory in consultation with the Parts Director.
  • Plan and budget to achieve sales goals, focusing on profit and revenue growth.
  • Drive the development and implementation of parts retail sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate reports on parts sales against targets.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee retail sales operations across branches, adhering to company and principle standards.
  • Train and develop sales staff to enhance their skills and competencies.
  • Evaluate performance and plan incentives for sales staff based on KPIs.
  • Ensure subordinates possess required knowledge, skills, and experience to reach department objectives.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions as required by the company and manufacturer.
  • Maintain safety, security, and appearance of allocated assets.
