Channel Business Development Manager

Midis Group Kuwait seeks a skilled professional to lead our channel sales efforts in Kuwait. As a Channel Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our sales strategy, driving the recruitment of partners, and overseeing account profiles.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement channel sales strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing channels/clients to expand sales
- Monitor competitors' activities and adjust sales strategy accordingly
- Partner Management
- Lead partner relations in alignment with company management and strategy
- Develop and maintain solid channel/customer database
- Sales Performance Analysis
- Analyze sales data and develop metrics evaluating loyalty and new opportunities
- Track credit and/or payment performance and manage resolutions
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or related field
- Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in similar role
- Must have channel management experience in Data Center Technologies
