Job Overview

Midis Group Kuwait seeks a skilled professional to lead our channel sales efforts in Kuwait. As a Channel Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our sales strategy, driving the recruitment of partners, and overseeing account profiles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Execution
  • Develop and implement channel sales strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing channels/clients to expand sales
  • Monitor competitors' activities and adjust sales strategy accordingly
  • Partner Management
  • Lead partner relations in alignment with company management and strategy
  • Develop and maintain solid channel/customer database
  • Sales Performance Analysis
  • Analyze sales data and develop metrics evaluating loyalty and new opportunities
  • Track credit and/or payment performance and manage resolutions
Requirements
  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or related field
  • Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar role
  • Must have channel management experience in Data Center Technologies
