Job Title: Customer Care Advisor

As a Customer Care Advisor at Qatar Airways, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences across our airline's catering services. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and facilitate all customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses to meet their needs.

You will work closely with internal departments, including Production, Assembly, and Service Delivery Teams, to obtain accurate information and consolidate feedback from customers. Your ability to engage, inspire, and influence people will be essential in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to obtain information and resolve customer issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in establishing and enhancing customer service KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
