The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of the hospitality sector. A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Business/Management and recognized diploma/certification in Sales are essential requirements.

As a Director of Sales and Revenue Growth, you will be responsible for scheduling staff within the sales department, ensuring there is adequate staffing in place to meet the demands of the business, deliver the best service possible to customers, and maximize revenue generation.
