Job Overview

Trend Micro seeks an experienced Regional Account Manager to join its team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities and growing assigned territories through strategic planning and execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account management plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of account information in Salesforce to facilitate opportunity management, revenue forecasting, and account planning.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the security industry.
  2. Account Management certification such as SPIN or TAS is highly regarded.
  3. Sales Based Certifications and Security Certification are desired.
  4. Experience working with end-customer environments and channels is essential.
