Role Overview

As a seasoned Sales Director, you will lead the comprehensive operations of Sales, Service, and Warehousing within our Electronics Division. This involves fostering collaboration and synergy across departments, driving business growth through strategic planning and execution of marketing and sales promotional activities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of business plans and strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Foster business growth through the development of innovative sales strategies and tactics.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is maintained.
  • Collaborate closely with corporate management to achieve financial and operational objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with MBA in sales and marketing; local market experience preferred.
  • 8-10 years of similar Sales and Marketing Management experience in home appliance and AC industry.
  • Must have experience managing principal and PSI management, as well as heading B2B sales.
  • Experience from Qatar market business preferred.

Additionally, you will possess strong people management, customer handling capabilities, effective communication, interpersonal skills, and listening abilities.
