We are a dynamic and collaborative team at Northwestern University in Qatar (NU-Q), committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our students and staff. We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment and Enrollment Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the admissions process, ensuring seamless communication with applicants, schools, and other stakeholders.
  • Liaise with the marketing department to develop targeted recruitment campaigns that reach our desired audience.
  • Collaborate with faculty members and program directors to ensure alignment between recruitment efforts and program goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, colleges, and community organizations.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, communications, or business.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a higher education institution or related industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to creating an inclusive environment.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Masters degree in a relevant field.
  • Professional certifications, such as NACAC or IECA.
  • Fluency in Arabic or another language spoken in the region.
  • Knowledge of regional and global trends in higher education and student mobility.
