Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Operations Coordinator to join our team at PPL Dynamics.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to take on a challenging and rewarding role that involves managing day-to-day operations across multiple sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless site management, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving business growth through effective coordination and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Manage day-to-day operations across multiple sites, including facilities maintenance, asset management, and supplier coordination.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, employees, and contractors, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and analysis on site performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including facility managers, maintenance teams, and suppliers, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in operations management, project management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
