Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at PPL Dynamics. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in office management and administration.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Communication and Coordination: Answer and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, and plan meetings.
  • Document Preparation: Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and faxes.
  • Office Operations: Order and manage office supplies and pantry, and book travel arrangements.
  • Clerical Support: Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.


Requirements:


  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant, preferably with experience working with C-suite level executives.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working in an Academy, University, or Travel agency.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of office management systems and procedures, and working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize work, and excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree, with additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary being a plus.
