Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Guest Service Centre Agent to join our team at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest interaction is friendly, professional, and attentive to their needs.
- Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery and seamless guest experience.
- Handle every query in a polite and courteous manner, ensuring guests feel valued and respected.
- Ensure total guest satisfaction by accurately taking messages and reporting any faults or modifications to the Manager.
- Deliver outstanding service standards, greeting guests to the correct standard upon calling.
- Stay up-to-date with hotel information and local services, providing expert recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently maintained, exceeding guest expectations at every opportunity.
- Handle outgoing calls on behalf of guests, providing timely assistance and support.
- Manage the guest wake-up call sheet, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining established standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
- Previous experience as a Guest Service Centre Supervisor in Front Office.
- Excellent oral communication skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with Front Office systems and technology.
- Possess a proactive approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
