Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and invoicing by providing timely and accurate support.
  2. Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and reports to ensure data integrity and inform business decisions.
  3. Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, and production) to guarantee efficient order fulfillment and meet customer demands.
  4. Respond to customer inquiries, offering product and service information as needed, and resolving issues promptly.
  5. Monitor sales leads and follow up with clients to foster business development and growth opportunities.
  6. Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, presentations, and contracts to facilitate smooth transactions.
  7. Oversee stock levels and assist in inventory management when necessary to prevent stockouts and optimize storage capacity.
  8. Support sales representatives by scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and client visits to maximize productivity and collaboration.
  9. Contribute to preparing sales reports and performance analysis to inform strategic decisions and drive business success.
  10. Perform general administrative tasks related to the sales department to maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity.
