Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct User Research: Gather feedback to understand user needs and preferences, and analyze data to inform design decisions.
  2. Design and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
  3. Collaboration and Implementation: Work with developers to implement design solutions and ensure they meet user requirements.
  4. Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and make necessary changes.
  5. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 2+ years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
  3. Design Skills: Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, etc.
  4. Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and processes.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Design Experience: Experience in designing for mobile applications or e-commerce platforms.
  2. Technical Skills: Knowledge of HTML/CSS coding for front-end development.
  3. Methodology: Familiarity with agile methodology.
  4. Creativity and Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and problem-solve.
  5. Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
