As a Customer Success Analyst Evening Shift at Oracle, you will play a crucial role in helping our restaurant partners succeed in the online ordering space. Your primary responsibility will be to develop a deep understanding of the GloriaFood solution and leverage this knowledge to provide expert-level support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the GloriaFood solution and its features, enabling you to provide expert-level support to our customers.
  • Customer Onboarding: Assist customers during the onboarding process, providing product and feature presentations, as well as live demos to ensure a seamless integration.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our restaurant partners through various channels, including live chat, email, phone, and Zoom, to address their queries and concerns.
  • Proactive Dialogue: Maintain a proactive dialogue with customers through one-on-one activities or digital content, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed.
