Key Account Director

This role involves managing key CCTV accounts and leading local SI sales teams to achieve sales targets and improve gross profit margins. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Security & CCTV industry and be able to establish and maintain relationships with key customers.
Responsibilities include managing local SI sales teams, supporting customer relationships, identifying and tracking opportunities, and developing strategies for key accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for boosting market share within existing customers and developing high-level relationships within relevant departments.
We expect the successful candidate to have strong selling skills, ability to listen, and tailor presentations to meet customer needs, as well as team management expertise. They will be responsible for responsibility, persistence, proactivity, and ability to drive business independently, effectiveness in motivating teams and driving sales in a time-sensitive environment, competitiveness in achieving targets and efficiency, and excellent public speaking skills, multi-tasking, and time management abilities.
