At Novus International WLL, we believe that building strong relationships with our customers is key to our success. As a Key Account Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new revenue opportunities in the Qatar market while maintaining existing relationships with key accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities in the hospitality sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our HORECA channel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in HORECA sales in Qatar or elsewhere in the Middle East.
  • Strong network and relationships within the HORECA sector in the region.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
