Key Account Executive

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- DEVELOPING AND EXECUTING SALES STRATEGIES TO ACHIEVE REVENUE TARGETS.
- BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING AND PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS.
- IDENTIFYING NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND DEVELOPING PROPOSALS TO SECURE NEW ACCOUNTS.
- COLLABORATING WITH HOTEL TEAMS TO ENSURE SEAMLESS EXECUTION OF SALES STRATEGIES.
- MAINTAINING ACCURATE RECORDS OF SALES CALLS, MEETINGS, AND FOLLOW-UPS.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following:
- CONDUCTING SITE INSPECTIONS AND FAMILIARIZATION PROGRAMS TO SHOWCASE OUR HOTELS AND SERVICES.
- DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING A DATABASE OF POTENTIAL CLIENTS AND LEADS.
- PREPARING AND PRESENTING SALES REPORTS AND FORECASTS TO MANAGEMENT.
- STAYING UP-TO-DATE ON INDUSTRY TRENDS AND COMPETITOR ACTIVITY TO INFORM SALES STRATEGIES.
- ATTENDING TRADE SHOWS AND EVENTS TO PROMOTE OUR BRAND AND PRODUCTS.
