Egis Group seeks an experienced Talent Management Specialist to drive strategic initiatives and support the Talent Management Manager.

This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, identifying staffing needs, and creating job descriptions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing HR practices that align with organizational goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition Support:
    1. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and identify staffing needs.
    2. Create job descriptions and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
    3. Support the implementation of talent management programs and initiatives.
  2. Performance Management:
    1. Administer performance management programs and support managers in conducting performance reviews.
    2. Help manage performance improvement plans and monitor progress.
    3. Produce reports and statistics on performance progress.
    4. Suggest best practices to improve performance management.
  3. Employee Development:
    1. Coordinate training and development programs aligned with organizational needs.
    2. Identify training needs and develop or source learning resources.
    3. Track and report on employee participation and effectiveness of development programs.
  4. Talent Retention and Engagement:
    1. Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
    2. Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
    3. Implement programs and activities that promote a positive work environment and employee retention.
  5. Succession Planning:
    1. Develop and execute succession planning processes.
    2. Support the identification of high-potential employees and help in creating development plans for key roles.
  6. Data and Reporting:
    1. Maintain and update talent management records and databases.
    2. Generate and analyze reports on talent management metrics.
    3. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve talent management practices.
  7. Compliance and Best Practices:
    1. Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
    2. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
  8. General Administrative Support:
    1. Provide administrative support to the Talent Management Manager and HR team.
    2. Assist in organizing and coordinating talent management events, workshops, and meetings.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

3-5 years of experience in human resources, talent management, or a related field.

Understanding of talent management principles, performance management, and employee development.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in HR software and talent management systems.

Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required.

Primarily office-based with potential for remote work or travel as needed.
