Job Description

This Senior Customer Success Director position will be responsible for leading strategic partnerships with key airline customers in the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of account management experience, airline industry expertise, and a deep understanding of software services and new technology implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive customer understanding through account mapping and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide dedicated site leadership and engage with airline customers' business and IT executives to ensure a successful partnership.
  • Lead regular strategic business reviews with customers and orchestrate agenda and outcomes among FLYR's functional participants.
Requirements
  • Past career experience in software services or new technology implementation consulting roles is highly preferred, with proven experience in Airline Offer and Order Management.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build relationships at multiple levels of organization.
  • Experience in problem analysis and resolution at both strategic and functional levels.
