About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Engagement & Loyalty department as a Partnerships Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, and developing strategies to grow and maintain a portfolio of non-airline partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading business development efforts and identifying new partnership opportunities
  • Assisting with Privilege Club projects and working with cross-functional teams
  • Participating in benchmarking and competitive analysis

Requirements

  • Effective communication and negotiation at all levels of an organization
  • Presentation — ability to work with various tools to develop strong / concise / clear presentation for both internal and external stakeholders and clients
  • Commercial Acumen
