iHorizons is a leading provider of business solutions and technology services in the Arab World. We are looking for a talented Customer Success Lead to join our team and lead our efforts in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Description
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Project Management: Oversee the implementation of projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business management, computer science, or equivalent.
- Previous Work Experience: 3-5 years of account management/sales experience in the IT services domain.
- Technical Competence: Strong understanding of software, hardware, networks, and technical skills required to provide high-quality support to clients.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
