The HR Transformation Lead will be responsible for designing and supporting the implementation of transformative HR initiatives that elevate the organization's capabilities, talent management, and overall employee experience.

  • Support review and implementation of large-scale HR transformation programs and initiatives
  • Conduct reviews and support implementation of updated operating model and analyze updated organization structure
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop a long-term HR transformation strategy aligned with the company's business goals, considering factors such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent development, and employee engagement

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of leading successful HR transformation initiatives and robust career progression
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and creative skills
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and planning skills
  • Considerable knowledge of administrative procedures
