Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling monthly payroll cycles independently, ensuring efficient Payroll transactions.
Sharing the vendor reports to all respective vendors.
Ensuring vendors payment
Sharing the statutory reports along with challan details to vendors.
Ensures NPS registration for new employees/ Shifting request cases
Closing exit employees Gratuity payment monthly.
Shares Insurance monthly addition /deletion data to insurance party.
Resolve employees queries with in the TAT.
Payroll reconciliation.
Settle all exit employees superannuation claims request on monthly basis

Requirements Payroll System experience.
Strong Excel skill.
MBA/PG Degree.
4 to 5 years of experience with minimum 2 years in similar job role
