About Role:
As a Cabin Appearance Supervisor, you will supervise and organize Aircraft Appearance Operation for assigned number of aircrafts at Ramp, on shift basis to achieve the highest level of services and quality to QR and other customer airlines. You will also be responsible for monitoring the on-time performance of aircraft Appearance operations.
Accountabilities:
In this position, you will be accountable for:
- Planning and managing all Aircraft appearance team members to perform the Interior and exterior Aircraft cleaning activities day to day during aircraft turnaround. Ensuring weekly Aircraft Maintenance Check for different aircrafts at the Zone such as Ramp or Hangar areas to ensure Aircraft cleaning activities are performed in highest aircraft cleaning standards as per QR/QAS standard.
- Liaising with QR engineers, officers and duty managers to plan and ensure availability of required materials, vehicles and equipment.
- Ensuring adequate work force planning, preparation and deployment for all the aircrafts based on the agreed process and time.
- Analyzing the discrepancies, developing alternatives and implementing immediate decisions to achieve safe and on time performance.
- Monitoring and evaluating performance of the team to ensure service standards are achieved.
- Completing audits and inspections of serviced aircraft and report/record irregularities.
- In case of any delay caused to a departure flight by our teams’ failure, excessive cleaning and/or any other reason, ensuring to obtain detailed report from the team lead and adding in your comments/reasons justifying the delay reason and submit the same to the Officer on shift.
- Supervision of correct disposal of rubbish and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention.
- Ensuring the compliance to SOP and safe systems of work within the team.

Qualifications
About You:
- High School Qualification with Minimum 5 years of job-related experience
- Awareness of ground handling and safe aircraft handling procedures.
- Basic supervisory skills with ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Command of English language.
- Preferably with Hotel, Restaurant or Housekeeping Background.
