We are looking for a strong School Data Manager to join our expanding IT team. He / She should be able to manage and oversee the implementation and compliance with RGS IT policies, procedures and systems. Provide expertise, support, and advice with various IT functions and protocols for a large International School. The data managers role is centered around ISAMS & Timetabler software therefore all applicants should be fluent in both of these areas and be able to work within tight deadlines.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- IT Degree preferred.
- Experience of ISAMS, MS, Office 365, MS Teams, Active Directory, Mobile device management, Re-imaging laptops
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
- Hands-on experience with Windows/iPad/interactive touch panels
- Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably living in Qatar
