About the role

You will be responsible for raising the creative bar across digital initiatives, helping to build our brand through the design of the website, App, ENLs, display advertisements, and more. Responsible for designing unique user-centric products and experiences. Turn an user experience into intuitive decisions that meet Qatar Airways guidelines.

Other operational duties would include:

- Facilitating marketing vision by researching, sketching, prototyping and testing experiences for digital products. Create on-brand, customer-centric digital design solutions that integrate business goals, audience research and project requirements.
- Collaborating with UI/UX and Product Designers to support production of digital production and contribute to design principles, design system and UI libraries, as well as development best practices to maintain brand consistency.
- Delivering compelling macro and micro-interactions across all Qatar Airways digital touchpoints.
- Leveraging Qatar Airways' design libraries, and creating new interfaces that don't necessarily yet exist within Qatar Airways design system.
- Creating visual designs that effectively communicate Qatar airways brand identity, including the design and production of screens layouts, color palettes, typography user interface elements and icons.
- Making and present design decisions to improve the information architecture of the design, based on fundamental design thinking principles.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the department

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Marketing — Digital innovation team.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
- Experience in visual and motion design for digital products and platfroms Preferred
- Experience in Augmented and Virtual Reality Experience in 3D Design
- Experience in XD, Adobe Dimention, Animate, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- A portfolio of work demonstrating excellent experience in Visual and Motion Design
