We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Production Coordinator**to support our production and creative teams across various stages of video production. This is a role suitable for someone with a good general understanding of the production process and a strong willingness to learn and grow in the field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the production team in all stages of the video production cycle:

- **Pre-production**:help with preparing crew lists and call sheets, coordinating schedules, and drafting filming permit request letters.
- **Production**: support on shoot days by managing logistics, communicating with crew and client, and ensuring smooth operations on set.
- **Post-production**: assist in delivering the footage to the assigned editor, coordinating with editors, motion designers and sound designers, collecting feedback, and tracking delivery timelines.
- Work closely with producers and creatives to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Ensure all production materials, files, and project files are backed up and properly archived.
- Coordinate internally with various departments to facilitate smooth workflows.
- Coordinating shoot schedules with the Traffic Manager and checking team availability.
- Flag potential scheduling or resource conflicts proactively.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual - fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Long-term resident of Qatar preferred.
- 3 years of experience in production coordination or related roles.
- Basic knowledge of video production workflows, processes, and terminology.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a creative team environment
