**Responsibilities**:
Our newest opportunity is for a talented** Proposals Coordinator** to join our allied practice, InSite. InSite are urban designers, planners and landscape architects who share a love for the craft of designing the built environment and consist of a diverse studio of designers from around the world.

We envisage success in this role to include;
- Coordinating intake of incoming RFPs and addendums.
- Coordinating with other divisions, preparing Word, InDesign and pdf formatted documents.
- Preparing pre-qualifications, maintaining usernames and passwords.
- Compiling final proposals, uploading onto client portals, preparing initial GO/ NO GO documents.
- Craft and manage compelling, client-focused proposals by integrating draft content, project data, and team profiles, while ensuring alignment with client requirements and pursuit strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, graphic designers, and content creators to refine and deliver polished proposals and marketing materials, maintaining consistency in tone, quality, and branding.
- Oversee proposal schedules, budgets, and resources, maintaining efficient processes and on-time delivery of qualification documents and other key deliverables.
- Maintain and update a library of reusable content, templates, and databases to streamline proposal and marketing workflows, ensuring competitive and innovative outputs.

Qualifications:

- Problem solving, planning, and time management skills.
- Flexible and able to meet challenging deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills required with the ability to multi-task.
Keen attention to detail.
- Understanding of marketing techniques (layout, graphics, strategy-to-win)
