- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance task to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operation.
- Installation and Setup: Install new CNC machines and configure them according to specifications.
- Programming and Optimization: May be involved in basic CNC programming and optimizing machine performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Key Qualifications:

- Education: A Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred.
- Experience: Hands-on experience working with CNC machines is mandatory
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawing and manuals
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Familiarity with CNC programming languages (G-code)
- Expertise in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of PLC systems
- Experience with specific CNC machine brands or control systems
- Familiarity with automation and robotics in manufacturing
