The Role
CLIENT Linum Consult’s client is a major company operating out of the Middle East. Due to continued growth, they are urgently seeking a Senior Sales & Distribution Manager to identify and develop distribution strategies to further their key sales channels in Qatar. RESPONSIBILITIES - Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the Qatar market that ensures attainment of the company’s revenue targets and future profitability - Ensuring that all sales strategies are aligned with the company’s brand development to improve sales growth - Planning and carrying out sales and distribution activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values and timescales - Defining the key strategic requirements in order to execute the sales and distribution strategy, and supporting the development of the commercial platform (digital and traditional) - Undertaking research when required and initiating and coordinating the development of new products and services to achieve revenue growth - Using market research to drive revenue growth across multiple channels - Developing the pricing strategy and fare products
