Country Sales Manager

The Country Sales Manager is responsible for developing executive plans for sales at the assigned territory following company strategic plans, which ensure that sales targets determined for the assigned territory are achieved and preferably exceeded.
**Responsibilities & Duties**:
1. Sell Eastnets products by implementing national sales plans.
2. Implement an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process.
3. Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
4. Implement sales strategies and plans for the assigned territory.
5. Provide recommendations on alternative product strategies utilizing market feedback and research.
6. Project expected sales volume for existing and new products.
7. Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
8. Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
9. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
10. Achieve and preferably exceed annual sales targets within the assigned territory and accounts.
11. Negotiate agreements for contracts with customers and ensure commerciality.
12. Seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with the premier buyers in the assigned territory.
13. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
14. Review proposal templates and customize / QA of final proposals.
15. Follow up, ownership, and responsibility for customers post-sale.
16. Coordinate user group meetings to raise product awareness and achieve other marketing goals.
17. Update customers on product development and enhancements.
18. Report customer requirements and product successes/failures to the team.
19. Serve as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions.
20. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
21. Present sales results to management when needed.
22. Ensure the CRM is being used effectively and provide a competitive advantage.
23. Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
24. Develop positive relationships with clients.
25. Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.
26. Maintains the security of the information, devices and systems that Eastnets, and its personnel, customers and partners use.
27. Protects Eastnets business information and any customer, supplier or partner information within its custody by safeguarding its confidentiality, integrity and availability.
29. Participate in company’s wide initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Management, Sales, Marketing, IT, computer engineering, or Finance.
3. Extremely well-informed about the target market.
4. Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
5. Understanding of the payments industry, compliance and risk management.
6. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
7. Natural leader with an ability to inspire performance with sales teams.
8. Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development.
9. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pay: From QAR20,000.00 per month
